During one of my wonderful bouts of 4am insomnia, I was thinking about how funny the biohazard symbol represents, well, a potentially biological threat to humans, and how the yin-yang symbol shows the equilibrium or balance between positive/negative...good/evil...etc etc.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. The economist in me thinks in terms of equilibrium way too much...that's one of the reasons I like the yin-yang symbol. Finding the balance...if there indeed is one.
